Nudespice Recipes of the week #2

We've had so many amazing recipes using our seasonings this week it has been so hard to trim them down, below is a selection of our favourite recipes of the week featured on our instagram.

Recipe #1

Yasmin has used our Heady & Herby Seasoning to create this delicious looking macro balanced dish, asparagus and broccoli are such great veggies for building your strength as the contain so much natural iron :). Check out her instagram here for other great looking dishes.

Are you ready guys? The secret to eating WHAT you want without turning into a baby whale 🐳🐳??? It's simple really... 80% of the time you eat like a basic bitch (but keep it yummy with foods you enjoy) and then then 20% of the time... go crazy πŸͺπŸ©πŸΏπŸ«πŸ¦πŸ°πŸ”πŸŸπŸŒ­πŸ•πŸŒ―. Eat good, exercise regularly, treat yourself every now and again, laugh often, live every moment, don't compare your chapter 1 to somebody's chapter 10 and most importantly.. just be HAPPY ❀️☺️...It's no secret really... we post foods which people like to see. Dinner today was pan fried salmon with garlic & herb seasoning from @nudespice, lemon basmati πŸ‹, greens 🌱🌳 and a @savsesmoothies super orange smoothie 🍊

Recipe #2

Scrambled eggs and kale were on the cards for our friend Ben Blackburn. Scrambles are so easy and the best thing about them is you can literally throw anything in – especially when it's mixed with our Heady & Herby Seasoning – and it still tastes great.
Even those times when we have intentions of making an omelette but it turns into a scramble :). Check out Ben's social account here for more healthy eating inspiration.


Recipe #3

Hannah chose chicken as her healthy source of protein and combined it with tinned tomatoes and our Sweet & Smoky Seasoning to create a great little ragu to top her rice, peas and kale combo. That's the great thing about Nudespice seasonings not only do they work in rubs and as seasonings on there own, they work great as additions to sauces!

Sometimes I'm often asked what I eat for my dinners etc. Well let me tell ya.. it isn't as pretty as ma oats but it sure is damn tasty πŸ˜‹ Dinner is normally a source of protein (from meat or fish) with a side of brown rice or buckwheat with lotsaaa veg πŸ’ͺ🏼 I then spice it the hell up so it has all the flavour in the world πŸ”₯ that's it! Easy, quick but super tasty 🍴 Yesterday's dish was @liveleanuk πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ chicken stir fried in a tomato sauce spiced with @nudespice sweet & smokey topped with peas, kale, broccoli and buckwheat. By no means am I getting commission from this - just promoting a meat company I use daily and have I mentioned how HUMUNGOUS their chicken breasts are? 😢😬
