Hot & Tangy Meatless Burgers

These Hot & Tangy meatless burgers will have you watering at the mouth. A brilliant meat alternative and brilliant for those of you who love a spicy kick. 


  • 100g meatless mince (or regular)
  • 1 tsp Hot & Tangy Nudespice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp bread crumbs (I used panko)
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp chopped fresh chilli
  • Spray oil


  • Combine all ingredients (but oil) in a bowl and mould into patties with your hands
  • Heat a large non-stick pan with oil. Once fully heated gently place the patties on the pan and fry on a medium heat
  • Cook on one side for 4 minutes then flip for another 4
  • Continue to rotate until patties are fully cooked
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Tip: I like to fry the patties once on each side, then put in the oven for 10 minutes so I know they're cooked through!
